Meet the Your Intown Home Team
At Your Intown Home, we’re more than just property managers—we’re your neighbors, your partners, and your trusted guides through the world of intown Atlanta rentals. Our team is dedicated to providing 5-star service to both property owners and residents, ensuring a smooth and stress-free rental experience.
Cam founded Your Intown Home in 2010 after turning his longtime passion for real estate into a full-time venture. A former biomedical engineer with over two decades in sales and marketing, Cam brought his entrepreneurial spirit and problem-solving mindset to the world of property management. What started as managing his own rentals has grown into a thriving business focused on expertly managing single-family homes across intown Atlanta.
A 30-year resident of Atlanta’s intown neighborhoods, Cam’s deep local knowledge and commitment to community shine through in every aspect of the company. Today, he oversees the financial side of the business, supports complex maintenance diagnostics, and helps clients buy and sell homes as an Associate Broker.
Outside of work, Cam enjoys traveling, fishing, and spending time with his wife, two daughters, and rescue pup, Luna.
Stephanie brings world-class hospitality and heart to every interaction at Your Intown Home. With over a decade of leadership experience at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company—where she served as Vice President of Global Communications and helped the brand earn two Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Awards—Stephanie is an expert in creating thoughtful, high-touch experiences for clients.
She now applies that same gold-standard approach to property management, guiding new owners through onboarding and ensuring residents feel at home. A longtime intown Atlanta resident and passionate community advocate, Stephanie combines local knowledge with a personalized touch that makes every client feel like a VIP.
When she’s not leading the charge on client service, you’ll likely find her reading a great novel, volunteering for an environmental cause, or planning her next adventure abroad.

Claudia brings a strong combination of organization, customer care, and problem-solving to her role as Assistant Property Manager at Your Intown Home. With over five years of experience in property management, Claudia has become the go-to person for everything from lease renewals and resident inquiries to coordinating move-ins, processing roommate and pet changes, and supporting the leasing department from start to finish.
Claudia thrives on the fast pace and variety that comes with helping residents find—and stay in—their ideal home. Whether she’s solving a tricky roommate swap or guiding a resident through a lease renewal, she approaches every challenge with patience, professionalism, and a helpful attitude.
A former violinist and martial arts enthusiast, Claudia also brings creativity and discipline to her work. Outside of the office, you’ll likely find her planning her next travel adventure, curled up with a good movie, or hunting down the best wings in town.
Karen Reynoso is the behind-the-scenes powerhouse making sure repairs get done quickly, vendors stay on track, and residents feel heard. She believes in staying two steps ahead, building relationships with both vendors and residents, and finding solutions that keep everyone happy (and every home running smoothly).
When she’s not organizing repair schedules or keeping tabs on vendor crews, Karen loves to escape into a good book, try new recipes, or spend time with her two daughters and their adorable Chihuahua, Masha.
